Who we are

Orders

Each listing is usually a single item. An order is confirmed once payment is accepted and we’ve sent a confirmation. If an item can’t be supplied, we’ll tell you and refund what you paid.

Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars and shown at checkout. The store and checkout run on Ecwid, and payment is handled by our payment provider. We don’t see or store your full card number.

Your responsibilities

All products are intended for licensed amateur radio operation. Operators are responsible for complying with FCC Part 97 and local regulations. See our Compliance Notice. You’re responsible for correct installation, wiring, fusing, and safe operation.

Custom builds are by inquiry only. Any price, timing, and payment terms are agreed in writing before work starts.
